Refund policy

At Faustino Cigars, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Are Final on Tobacco Products Due to the nature of tobacco products and health regulations, all cigar and tobacco sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any opened or unopened tobacco products.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at faustinocigars@yahoo.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Age Verification By placing an order, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Orders that cannot be verified as compliant with age requirements may be cancelled and refunded.
