Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer standard and express shipping options within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Adult Signature Required In compliance with tobacco shipping regulations, an adult signature (21+) may be required upon delivery. Please ensure someone of legal age is available to sign for your package.

Shipping Restrictions We currently ship within the United States only. It is the customer's responsibility to know and comply with their local and state laws regarding tobacco purchases. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any location where tobacco sales or delivery are restricted or prohibited.

Carrier We ship via UPS or FedEx.

Lost or Stolen Packages Faustino Cigars is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
